Refund, Exchange & Cancellations Policy
At Ayzel Couture, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund and exchange experience for our customers.
Refund & Exchange Request
Any refund or exchange request must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your order. Customers are required to contact us via Email or WhatsApp and provide a clear unboxing video proof showing the issue with the product.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund or exchange:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

All original tags must be attached and intact.

A valid purchase receipt/order confirmation must be provided.

Video proof must clearly demonstrate the issue (damaged, defective, or incorrect product received).
Exchange Process
All requests are subject to review and inspection by our Customer Support Team.
Once the inspection process is completed and the claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched and delivered within 7 working days.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved after inspection, the refunded amount will be transferred to the customer's bank account or digital wallet within 15 working days.
Prepaid Order Cancellation
For prepaid orders, if a customer requests order cancellation due to a change of mind or any other reason before the order has been dispatched, the paid amount will be refunded to the customer's original payment method within 7 working days.

Ayzel Couture reserves the right to reject any refund or exchange request if the product does not meet the eligibility requirements stated above, including missing tags, lack of proof of purchase, or insufficient video evidence.
