Any refund or exchange request must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your order. Customers are required to contact us via Email or WhatsApp and provide a clear unboxing video proof showing the issue with the product.

• All original tags must be attached and intact.

• A valid purchase receipt/order confirmation must be provided.

• Video proof must clearly demonstrate the issue (damaged, defective, or incorrect product received).

Exchange Process

Once the inspection process is completed and the claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched and delivered within 7 working days.

Refund Process

Prepaid Order Cancellation
